SHIPPING AND TRACKING

When will my order arrive?

Orders shipped with our Standard Delivery service will arrive between 1-5 business days after dispatch within Australia.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Shipping on all orders within Australia is $13.  Express Shipping is $20.  Orders totalling $300 or over are not charged freight.

 

What if I need my items sooner?

We offer an Express Shipping option for $20, which ensures 1-2 business day delivery for orders made before 10:00am. For some rural areas, deliveries with Express Shipping may take up to 3 days.

 

How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order.

 

What if my order doesn’t reach me?

If you suspect that your order has been delivered to the incorrect address or has been lost by the courier, please contact us immediately via our contact page so that we locate your parcel.

  

Does Maxiplast ship internationally?

We cannot ship an order internationally from our Australian website.
