Returns and Exchanges Policy
Our change of mind policy applies in addition to, and does not affect your rights, under the consumer guarantees which apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you change your mind about your purchase from Maxiplast, Maxiplast is happy to exchange items if returned within 30 days of its original purchase if product is in original purchased condition with tags attached. For these returns you are required to pay postage to Maxiplast.
Once we have received and confirmed the returned products comply with our returns and exchange policy, exchanges will be processed within 72 hours and refunds or credits processed within 7 working days. Refunds will be credited back into the original account of payment.
**IMPORTANT** - Maxiplast takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We suggest that you get postal insurance before sending the items.
How do I make an online return?
To organise an exchange of an online purchase, please submit a request via email at email@example.com
When will my purchase be refunded?
We will process your refund as soon as we’ve received and inspected your return and confirmed it complies with our returns and exchange policy. You will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed, and the funds will appear in original account used to make the purchase within 3-7 business days depending on your bank.
I think my item might be faulty?

If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please submit a request for return or exchange (via our email firstname.lastname@example.org), along with any relevant images. We aim to respond to all requests within 24-48 hours.
